Our Company, incorporated in Delaware on January 13, 2009, manufactures high water content, electron beam cross-linked, aqueous polymer hydrogels, or gels. These gels are used for wound care, medical diagnostics, transdermal drug delivery, and cosmetics. The company specializes in custom gels, leveraging proprietary manufacturing technologies. It operates as a contract manufacturer, supplying its gels to third parties who integrate them into their own products. Additionally, Our Company offers a line of branded consumer products sold directly to consumers, alongside custom and white label opportunities that combine its gels with proprietary branded products. All gel products are manufactured using proprietary and non-proprietary mixing, coating, and cross-linking technologies. These technologies allow for the production of gels meeting rigid tolerance specifications across various physical characteristics, including thickness, water content, adherence, absorption, moisture vapor transmission rate, and release rate, while maintaining product integrity. The company also offers broad choices in liners for gel coating, enabling the determination of tolerances in moisture vapor transmission rate and active ingredient release rates, and personalization of color and texture. In May 2023, Our Company formed CG Converting and Packaging, LLC, a joint venture with CG Laboratories, Inc. located in Granbury, Texas, in which it holds a 50% interest. This joint venture expands its capacity to deliver finished goods to its customer base. As a contract manufacturer, Our Company's hydrogels are currently marketed in the U.S. and abroad by its customers for applications such as Drug Delivery.
