This initiative expands the platform beyond neighbor-generated content to include a dynamic feed with timely, locally relevant information, including news and alerts, using artificial intelligence ("AI") and machine learning ("ML") to personalize content. The Nextdoor platform serves neighbors, businesses, and public agencies. Neighbors use it to connect, follow local news, participate in conversations, discover and support local businesses, and exchange goods and services. Businesses use free Business Pages and targeted advertising to reach audiences. Public agencies, such as fire departments, law enforcement, and municipal offices, share real-time updates, critical alerts, and community information.
