In the remaining EMEA and APAC segments, offerings primarily consist of software and certain software-related services and cloud solutions. Insight operates through three segments defined by geography. The North America segment, covering the United States and Canada, accounted for 81% of 2025 Consolidated Net Sales. The EMEA segment, covering Europe, the Middle East and Africa, represented 16% of 2025 Consolidated Net Sales. The APAC segment, covering Asia-Pacific, contributed 3% of 2025 Consolidated Net Sales. Insight began operations in Arizona in 1988, incorporated in Delaware in 1991, and completed its initial public offering in 1995. The corporate headquarters are in Chandler, Arizona. The company expanded into Canada in 1997 and the United Kingdom in 1998.
