Northrim BanCorp, Inc. is a publicly traded bank holding company headquartered in Anchorage, Alaska. Its common stock trades on the Nasdaq Global Select Stock Market under the symbol "NRIM." The Company began banking operations in Anchorage in December 1990 and reorganized into a holding company structure effective December 31, 2001. Northrim BanCorp, Inc. is the third largest commercial bank in Alaska by deposits, with $2.8 billion in total deposits and $3.3 billion in total assets at December 31, 2025. Effective October 31, 2024, the Company acquired Sallyport Commercial Finance, LLC (SCF), which provides factoring, asset-based lending, and alternative working capital lending to businesses across the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Northrim BanCorp, Inc. has three direct wholly-owned subsidiaries. Northrim Bank is a state-chartered, full-service commercial bank headquartered in Anchorage, Alaska, with 20 branch locations throughout Alaska. The Bank offers commercial and consumer loan and deposit products, investment products, and electronic banking services. Through Northrim Funding Services (NFS), a division of the Bank started in 2004, the Company operates in Washington State, engaged in the factoring business. Northrim Investment Services Company (NISC), formed in November 2002, owns 21% of the total outstanding equity interest in Pacific Wealth Advisors, LLC (PWA), an investment advisory, trust, and wealth management business located in Seattle, Washington.
