The operating partnership owned all of the common limited partnership units of its three subsidiary partnerships. The operating partnership also directly owns all membership interests of a limited liability company through which it holds a portfolio of mezzanine loans. NexPoint Real Estate Finance OP GP, LLC is the sole general partner of the operating partnership.
