Nutra Pharma Corp. is a biopharmaceutical company focused on developing drugs for autoimmune disorders, viral diseases, and pain. The company was incorporated in California on February 1, 2000, initially as Exotic-Bird.com, and has been conducting operations since October 2003. Nutra Pharma engages in drug discovery research and development, as well as the acquisition, licensing, and commercialization of pharmaceutical products and technologies. This includes homeopathic drugs, which are natural products with ingredients listed in the Homeopathic Pharmacopoeia of the United States (HPUS), and ethical drugs, which are licensed drugs that have received Federal Drug Administration (FDA) approval after extensive testing.
