Nomadar Corp. was incorporated in Delaware in August 2023 and is the innovation arm of Cádiz Club de Fútbol, S.A.D. ("Cádiz CF"), a Spanish professional soccer club based in Cádiz, Andalusia. Cádiz CF competes in Campeonato Nacional de Liga de Segunda División, also known as the Segunda División of Liga Nacional de Fútbol Profesional (La Liga). Nomadar is a subsidiary of Sport City Cádiz, S.L., which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cádiz CF. The company's common stock began trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market on October 31, 2025, under the symbol "NOMA". Nomadar currently has four proposed or active business verticals in various stages of development. The company engaged in limited operations until 2025, when it began generating revenue from providing services under commercial contracts and purchase orders. On January 10, 2025, Nomadar entered into a framework agreement with Cádiz CF. Under this agreement, Nomadar coordinates the registration and enrollment of international players, manages player accommodation, coordinates with Cádiz CF technical staff, provides training equipment and merchandising, and integrates its training methodologies into Cádiz CF training sessions. In return, Cádiz CF provides coaching staff, integrates these international players into Cádiz CF youth academy teams, and organizes matches.
