Since its IPO and through December 31, 2025, the company has raised approximately $1,034.6 million in net proceeds from additional common stock offerings. New Mountain Finance Advisers, L.L.C., a wholly-owned subsidiary of New Mountain Capital Group, L.P., serves as the Investment Adviser, managing day-to-day operations and providing investment advisory and management services. New Mountain Capital is a global investment firm with approximately $60 billion of assets under management, focusing on defensive growth companies across its private equity, credit, and net lease investment strategies. New Mountain Finance Administration, L.L.C., also a wholly-owned subsidiary of New Mountain Capital, provides administrative services. The company has several wholly-owned direct and indirect subsidiaries, including New Mountain Finance Holdings, L.L.C. and New Mountain Finance DB, L.L.C., whose assets secure credit facilities. It also includes New Mountain Finance SBIC, L.P., New Mountain Finance SBIC II, L.P., and New Mountain Finance SBIC III, L.P., which have received licenses from the U.S. Small Business Administration.
