Nika Pharmaceuticals, Inc. was incorporated in Colorado on June 6, 2000. The company is changing its business focus. On April 7, 2022, Nika Pharmaceuticals, Inc. signed an Exclusive Rights Agreement for 15 years with "VITAL FE" Joint Stock Company ("VITAL"). This agreement covers the production and distribution of Thymus Nuclear Glycoprotein ("TNG"). VITAL possesses the manufacturing technology for TNG and the intellectual property for its Phase III Clinical Trial. This trial, conducted from 1997 to 1998 at Infectious Diseases Hospital, Sofia, involved 20 patients with advanced AIDS. The clinical trial results indicate TNG's significant role in HIV treatment. Also on April 7, 2022, Nika Pharmaceuticals, Inc. signed a 15-year Exclusive Rights Agreement with "MICAR 11" LTD. ("MICAR") for the production and distribution of two dietary supplements: Carotilen and Physiolong. Carotilen is a soft gelatin capsule dietary supplement that improves and regulates epithelial cell metabolism, protecting them from degenerative changes. It positively influences embryonic development, regulates cell growth and division, stimulates bone tissue growth, favorably affects gonad function, and enhances and maintains a high level of the immune system.
