NASDAQ is a commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on innovative cancer therapies. The company currently has two commercially approved medicines: Revuforj (revumenib) and Niktimvo (axatilimab-csfr). Revuforj is a first-in-class menin inhibitor approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in November 2024 for the treatment of relapsed or refractory (R/R) acute leukemia with a lysine methyltransferase 2A gene (KMT2A) translocation in adult and pediatric patients one year old and older. In October 2025, Revuforj received a second FDA approval for the treatment of R/R acute myeloid leukemia (AML) with a susceptible nucleophosmin 1 mutation (NPM1m) in adult and pediatric patients one year and older who have no satisfactory alternative treatment options. NASDAQ is also studying revumenib in combination with standard-of-care agents in NPM1m AML and KMT2A-rearranged (KMT2Ar) acute leukemia across the treatment landscape, including in newly diagnosed patients, and exploring its potential for myelofibrosis (MF). Niktimvo is a first-in-class colony stimulating factor-1 receptor (CSF-1R) blocking antibody approved by the FDA in August 2024 for the treatment of chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGVHD) after failure of at least two prior lines of systemic therapy in adult and pediatric patients weighing at least 40 kg. Axatilimab is in development for the treatment of newly diagnosed cGVHD patients in combination with standard of care therapies, and for the treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF). NASDAQ licensed the global rights to revumenib and axatilimab. The company leads the commercialization and further development of revumenib and collaborates with Incyte on the commercialization and further development of axatilimab.
