Hashdex Nasdaq CME Crypto Index ETF is a Delaware statutory trust organized on July 12, 2024. The Trust issues shares of beneficial interest, which represent fractional undivided beneficial interests in the Trust. These shares trade on The Nasdaq Stock Market, LLC under the symbol "NCIQ". The Trust's principal office is located at 19 West 44th Street, Suite 200, New York, NY 10036. The Trust aims to provide investors with price exposure to specific crypto assets. Prior to January 20, 2026, the Trust referenced the Nasdaq Crypto US Settlement Price™ Index (NCIUSS). Effective January 20, 2026, the reference index changed to the Nasdaq CME Crypto Settlement Price Index™ (NCIS). Both the NCIUSS and NCIS use substantially identical methodologies, include the same constituents, and are designed to measure the performance of a significant portion of the overall crypto asset market. The Trust's investment objective is to match the daily changes in the net asset value (NAV) of its shares with the daily price changes of its reference index, after accounting for operational expenses and liabilities. It achieves this by investing in the digital assets that are constituents of the Index or may become constituents in the future. Due to this objective, changes in the price of the Trust's shares may differ from changes in the prices of individual Index Constituents.
