The company's history dates back to 2002 with the incorporation of NCL (HK), which began operating as a freight forwarder in 2004. New Century Logistics offers air and ocean export and import freight forwarding services, including the sale of cargo space, cargo pick up, off-airport air cargo security screening, palletization, preparation of shipping documentation, arrangement of customs clearance, and cargo handling at ports. Since its inception, the company has offered routes to over 140 countries. The company's management team has over 20 years of combined expertise in the air and sea freight industries in Hong Kong. In April 2019, New Century Logistics began providing ancillary logistics services such as warehousing and distribution, X-ray, gate charge, and palletization. On September 26, 2019, as part of a Reorganization, the company acquired NCEW (HK), which is principally engaged in freight forwarding services (currently inactive), and Win-Tec, which is principally engaged in warehousing and distribution services. NCEW (HK) and Win-Tec became indirect wholly-owned subsidiaries. Since the acquisition of Win-Tec, New Century Logistics has generated revenue from warehousing services and gate charges, offering services like palletization, loading and unloading, and standalone air cargo security screening.
