NovaBridge Biosciences is a global biotechnology platform company focused on developing and delivering innovative treatments to global markets. The company identifies and develops novel therapeutics worldwide, utilizing its international infrastructure and capabilities. Its innovative immuno-oncology pipeline includes three clinical stage programs: givastomig, uliledlimab, and ragistomig. The core product, givastomig, is a CLDN18.2 bispecific antibody for treating gastric cancer and other CLDN18.2-positive gastrointestinal malignancies. Givastomig is currently being evaluated in a global randomized Phase 2 study in combination with nivolumab and chemotherapy versus nivolumab and chemotherapy in first-line metastatic gastric cancer. It is also being studied in an ongoing Phase 1b study in combination with nivolumab and chemotherapy in first-line gastric cancer. An update on the dose expansion cohorts of the Phase 1b study was provided in January 2026, with further updates expected in the second half of 2026. Additional studies in other Claudin 18.2-positive gastrointestinal malignancies are anticipated during 2026. Internal development of uliledlimab has been paused following the 2025 Realignment Plan, pending further data from TJ Biopharma's ongoing randomized Phase 2 study combining uliledlimab with a checkpoint inhibitor in China. The third program, ragistomig, is managed by collaboration partner ABL Bio, which is conducting an ongoing Phase 1 study in multiple solid tumors. Through its subsidiary Visara, NovaBridge Biosciences acquired the rights to VIS-101, a VEGF-A ANG-2 bispecific biologic in Phase 2 development for Wet AMD and other retinal diseases, including DME. VIS-101 has completed Phase 1 trials for both Wet AMD and DME.
