NBHC is a bank holding company incorporated in Delaware in 2009, headquartered in Greenwood Village, Colorado. The company primarily operates through its wholly owned subsidiaries, NBH Bank, BOJHT, and 2UniFi, LLC. NBHC offers a range of banking products and services to commercial and consumer clients. As of December 31, 2025, the company operated over 90 banking centers, mainly in Colorado, the greater Kansas City region, Texas, Utah, Wyoming, New Mexico, and Idaho, supplemented by online and mobile banking. As of December 31, 2025, NBHC reported $9.9 billion in assets, $7.4 billion in loans, $8.3 billion in deposits, $1.4 billion in shareholders' equity, and $1.3 billion in assets under management in its trust and wealth management business. NBH Bank, a Colorado state-chartered bank, operates under several brand names as divisions: Community Banks of Colorado and Community Banks Mortgage in Colorado; Bank Midwest and Bank Midwest Mortgage in Kansas and Missouri; Bank of Jackson Hole and Bank of Jackson Hole Mortgage in Wyoming; and Hillcrest Bank and Hillcrest Bank Mortgage in Texas, Utah, New Mexico, and Idaho. BOJHT, a Wyoming state-chartered bank, conducts the trust and wealth business under the names Bank of Jackson Hole Trust and Bank of Jackson Hole Trust and Wealth Partners. 2UniFi, LLC, launched its initial phase in July 2025, serving as a national platform for banking services to small- and medium-sized businesses, digital payment tools, and financial services information management.
