NIOCORP DEVELOPMENTS LTD

NioCorp Developments Ltd. is a company focused on developing a critical minerals project. The company, through ECRC, is working on the Elk Creek Project, located near Elk Creek, Nebraska, in the southeast portion of the state. If developed, this project will produce niobium, scandium, titanium, and potentially rare earth products. Niobium is used in superalloys for high-performance aircraft and jet turbines, and in high-strength, low-alloy steel for automobiles, bridges, structural systems, buildings, and pipelines. This use of niobium contributes to "lightweighting," which can lead to reduced fuel consumption and material usage, and fewer air emissions.
