NioCorp Developments Ltd. is a company focused on developing a critical minerals project. The company, through ECRC, is working on the Elk Creek Project, located near Elk Creek, Nebraska, in the southeast portion of the state. If developed, this project will produce niobium, scandium, titanium, and potentially rare earth products.
