Marvion Inc. is a Nevada holding company that conducts its operations through wholly owned subsidiaries based in the British Virgin Islands and Hong Kong, primarily focusing on logistics and warehousing services. On September 12, 2024, Marvion acquired UWMC, which operates in the logistics and warehousing sector, serving the Hong Kong local market. UWMC's operations are managed through three Hong Kong subsidiaries: KSK Logistic Limited (KSK), United Warehouse Management Limited (UWML), and Propose Enterprise Limited (PEL). KSK provides logistics services for last-mile deliveries to retail and business customers, with a specific focus on the cable and data equipment industry. UWML offers warehousing and distribution services. PEL provides business advisory solutions to customers. In addition to these services, Marvion generates revenue from selling solar-generated power to China Light and Power (CLP). This is done through a Service Partnership Agreement between its subsidiary, United Warehouse Limited, and Starwarehouse Engineering, which installs solar PV systems on the roofs of Marvion's warehouses. Revenue from this agreement began in mid-2025, amounting to HKD150,000 per quarter, and is expected to continue until December 31, 2033.
