Matrix Service Company provides engineering, fabrication, construction, and maintenance services for critical energy infrastructure and industrial markets. The company, incorporated in Delaware in 1989 and trading on NASDAQ since 1990, operates through separate union and non-union subsidiaries. It has regional offices across the United States, Canada, and other international locations, conducting business in all 50 U.S. states and four Canadian provinces. Matrix Service Company operates through three reportable segments. The Storage and Terminal Solutions segment primarily offers engineering, procurement, fabrication, and construction services for cryogenic and other specialty tanks and terminals. These include facilities for LNG, NGLs, hydrogen, ammonia, propane, butane, liquid nitrogen/liquid oxygen, and liquid petroleum. This segment also handles traditional aboveground crude oil and refined product storage tanks and terminals, terminal balance of plant work, truck and rail loading/offloading facilities, marine structures, and storage tank and terminal maintenance and repair.
