On April 20, 2023, Sphere Entertainment distributed approximately 67% of the outstanding common stock of Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp. to its stockholders, while retaining approximately 33% of the outstanding common stock. Following a secondary offering by Sphere Entertainment on September 22, 2023, Sphere Entertainment no longer owns any of the company's outstanding common stock. On June 9, 2025, the company completed its conversion from a Delaware corporation to a Nevada corporation.
