The Group offers comprehensive coverage through four services: Clearing, Agency and Execution, Market Making, and Hedging and Investment Solutions. It holds a leading position in many major metals, energy, and agricultural products, with access to more than 60 exchanges. Marex serves over 3,400 active clients, including large commodity producers, consumers, traders, banks, hedge funds, and asset managers. The Group operates with over 3,000 employees across Europe, Asia, and the Americas, from more than 50 offices worldwide. Established in 2005, Marex's business transformation accelerated after a majority acquisition by investors advised by JRJ Ventures LLP in 2010. Since then, the company expanded into new products and geographies through investments, hiring, and strategic acquisitions, growing its client base and diversifying its business. In 2022, Marex acquired the global clearing and agency and execution businesses of ED&F Man Capital Markets, enhancing its geographic presence and market position in the Americas, APAC, and the Middle East, and increasing its position in financial securities. In 2023, the acquisition of Cowen's legacy prime services and outsourced trading business further expanded and diversified its financial securities product offering and U.S. client base. On April 24, 2024, the Group's Form F-1 registration statement for its IPO was declared effective, and on April 25, 2024, its ordinary shares began trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol "MRX". Throughout 2025, the Group strengthened its service offering and broadened its capabilities across key jurisdictions through a series of strategic acquisitions.
