ALTRIA GROUP, INC. has a leading portfolio of tobacco products for U.S. tobacco consumers age 21+. Altria's wholly owned subsidiaries include Philip Morris USA Inc. (PM USA), which manufactures and sells cigarettes. John Middleton Co. (Middleton), a wholly owned subsidiary of PM USA, manufactures and sells machine-made large cigars. UST LLC (UST), through its wholly owned subsidiary U.S. Smokeless Tobacco Company LLC (USSTC), manufactures and sells moist smokeless tobacco (MST) products. Helix Innovations LLC (Helix) and its foreign affiliates (Helix International) manufacture and sell oral nicotine pouches. NJOY, LLC (NJOY) manufactures and sells e-vapor products. The company primarily operates within the United States, generating substantially all of its revenue from domestic customers. Other wholly owned subsidiaries include Altria Group Distribution Company (AGDC), which provides domestic sales and distribution services to Altria's operating companies, and Altria Client Services LLC (ALCS), which offers support services in areas like legal, regulatory, research and product development, consumer engagement, finance, human resources, and external affairs. As of December 31, 2025, Altria owned a 75% economic interest in Horizon Innovations LLC (Horizon), a joint venture with JTI (US) Holding, Inc. (JTIUH), a subsidiary of Japan Tobacco Inc. Japan Tobacco owned the remaining 25% economic interest. Horizon is responsible for the U.S. marketing and commercialization of heated tobacco stick (HTS) products owned by either party.
