Mineros S.A. explores for, develops, and produces gold and silver in Central and South America. The company holds an interest in the Nechí Alluvial Property, which covers 473 square kilometers in the Lower Cauca Region of Antioquia, northwestern Colombia. It also has an interest in the Hemco Property, spanning 2,270 hectares in Bonanza, Nicaragua, and the La Pepa Project located in Cavancha, Chile. Additionally, Mineros S.A. holds an option to acquire a 100% interest in a gold exploration project in the Department of Tolima, Colombia. Beyond mining, the company is involved in hydroelectric power generation. Mineros S.A. was incorporated in 1974 as Mineros de Antioquia S.A. and changed its name to Mineros S.A. in May 2004.
