On December 2, 2025, Miller Industries, Inc. acquired Omars - S.p.A ("Omars"), an Italian designer and manufacturer of towing and recovery vehicles headquartered in Cuneo, Italy. Miller Industries designs and manufactures the bodies of car carriers and wreckers, which are then installed on chassis made by other companies and sold to customers. The company's products are primarily marketed and sold through a network of distributors across all 50 U.S. states, Canada, Mexico, and other international markets. They also sell through prime contractors to government entities. The company has significant distribution capabilities in Europe through its ownership of Jige International S.A., Boniface Engineering, Ltd, and Omars. While most distributor agreements are not exclusive, management believes over 90 percent of independent distributors do not offer products from other towing and recovery equipment manufacturers. These independent distributors also provide parts and service to end-users. Sales representatives are also used to inform potential end-users about current product lines to drive sales to independent distributors.
