We operate markets across various asset classes, including options, cash equities, futures, and options on futures. Our current markets include options on our exchanges regulated by the SEC through MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl, MIAX Emerald, and MIAX Sapphire. We also offer U.S. equities through MIAX Pearl Equities, which is also regulated by the SEC. U.S. futures and options on futures are available through MIAX Futures Exchange, LLC (formerly the Minneapolis Grain Exchange, LLC), regulated by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission. Additionally, we provide international listings through The Bermuda Stock Exchange, regulated by the Bermuda Monetary Authority, and The International Stock Exchange Group Limited, which, through its subsidiary, The International Stock Exchange Authority Limited, is regulated by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission.
