Mohawk Industries, Inc. is a leading global flooring manufacturer that creates products for residential and commercial spaces worldwide. Mohawk had annual net sales in 2025 of $10.8 billion. Approximately 54% of these sales were generated in the United States, and approximately 46% were generated outside the United States. The Company operates through three reporting segments: Global Ceramic, Flooring North America ("Flooring NA"), and Flooring Rest of the World ("Flooring ROW"). In 2025, these segments contributed 40%, 34%, and 26%, respectively, to the Company's total revenue. The Global Ceramic segment designs, manufactures, sources, distributes, and markets a broad line of ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone tile products for floor and wall applications in residential and commercial channels, serving both remodeling and new construction.
