MGP Ingredients, Inc. is a leading producer of branded and distilled spirits, as well as food ingredient solutions. The company was incorporated in 2011 in Kansas, continuing a business originally founded in Atchison, Kansas in 1941. MGP produces an extensive award-winning global portfolio of branded spirits through its distilleries and bottling facilities, which are sold to distributors. These branded spirits products span a range of price points from value products to premium plus brands. Distilled spirits include premium bourbon, rye, and other whiskeys (referred to as "brown goods"), and grain neutral spirits ("GNS"), which encompass vodka and gin. These distilled spirits are sold either directly or indirectly to manufacturers of other branded spirits. Additionally, MGP's protein and starch food ingredients provide functional, nutritional, and sensory benefits for a wide range of food products, serving the consumer packaged goods industry.
