Maison Luxe, Inc. provides retail and commercial automotive diagnostic, maintenance, and repair services. The company was incorporated on June 20, 2002. It currently operates five company-owned locations and two franchise locations within the greater Las Vegas, Nevada, metropolitan area. Additionally, it has two franchise locations in St. Louis, Missouri. Maison Luxe began operations in 2002 with the acquisition of its "Tropicana" location in Las Vegas, Nevada. In 2003, it acquired the "Durango" and "Henderson" locations, followed by the opening of the "Sahara" location in 2005. The "Green Valley" and "Decatur" locations were acquired in 2007, and the "Buffalo" location in 2008, which was expanded into adjacent vacant space in 2009. The company commenced franchise operations in 2010. Its first Las Vegas franchise location, previously the "Henderson" location, was transferred to an employee who now operates it under a franchise agreement. The second Las Vegas franchise location, formerly the "Decatur" location, was sold to a franchisee on March 1, 2011. Maison Luxe has also entered into an Area Development Agreement, authorizing a franchisee to develop and open up to 40 locations across Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. The first location under this agreement opened on June 1, 2010, and the second on October 1, 2010, both in St. Louis, Missouri. All locations and franchises share a common appearance and trade name, utilize proprietary location management software, and adhere to proprietary operating procedures designed to control costs and maintain service quality.
