Maison Luxe, Inc. provides retail and commercial automotive diagnostic, maintenance, and repair services. The company was incorporated on June 20, 2002. It currently operates five company-owned locations and two franchise locations within the greater Las Vegas, Nevada, metropolitan area. Additionally, Maison Luxe has two franchise locations in St. Louis, Missouri. The company began operations in 2002 with the acquisition of its "Tropicana" location in Las Vegas, Nevada. Subsequent acquisitions include the "Durango" and "Henderson" locations in 2003, the opening of the "Sahara" location in 2005, and the acquisition of the "Green Valley" and "Decatur" locations in 2007. The "Buffalo" location was acquired in 2008 and expanded into adjacent vacant space in 2009. Maison Luxe commenced franchise operations in 2010. Its first Las Vegas franchise location, previously the "Henderson" location, was transferred to an employee under a franchise agreement. The second Las Vegas franchise location, formerly the "Decatur" location, was sold to a franchisee on March 1, 2011. The company also has an Area Development Agreement authorizing a franchisee to develop and open up to 40 locations across Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. The first two locations under this agreement opened in St. Louis, Missouri, on June 1, 2010, and October 1, 2010, respectively. All locations and franchises share a common appearance and trade name, utilize proprietary location management software, and adhere to proprietary operating procedures.
