LiveOne, Inc. is a music, entertainment, and technology platform that delivers experiences and content globally through memberships and live and virtual events. The company acquires, distributes, and monetizes live music events, Internet radio, podcasting/vodcasting, and music-related membership, streaming, and video content. LiveOne enables music fans to listen, watch, attend, engage, and transact. As of March 31, 2025, LiveOne operated four core integrated services: LiveOne, an online live music streaming platform; LiveOne powered by Slacker, a membership and advertising streaming music service; PodcastOne, a podcasting platform; and Custom Personalization Solutions, Inc. (CPS), a retailer and wholesaler of personalized merchandise and gifts. The LiveOne application provides users with access to live events, audio streams with millions of songs and hundreds of expert-curated radio platforms and stations, original episodic content, podcasts, vodcasts, video on demand, real-time livestreams, and social sharing. The business is comprised of three operating segments: PodcastOne, Slacker, and the Media Group. The Audio Group includes the PodcastOne and Slacker subsidiaries, while the Media Group encompasses the remaining subsidiaries, referred to as Media Operations. LiveOne generates revenue from membership-based services and advertising from music offerings, licensing, advertising, and sponsorship of live music and podcast content rights and services, pay-per-view offerings, and retail sales of merchandise and gifts.
