On May 21, 2025, the company entered into an agreement to sell its Mass Markets Fiber-to-the-Home business in 11 states to AT&T. Lumen is the primary brand for enterprise and wholesale markets, offering services such as PCF network architecture, Lumen Digital products, Edge, Network-as-a-Service, and cybersecurity. CenturyLink is used for mass-marketed copper-based communications services. Black Lotus Labs serves as the company's cyberthreat research and intelligence arm. Prior to the Mass Markets Fiber-to-the-Home divestiture, fiber-based broadband services to residential and small business customers were offered under the Quantum Fiber brand. As of December 31, 2025, the company's network included approximately 163,000 fiber on-net buildings and over 340,000 route miles of fiber optic cable globally.
