Lucent, Inc. operates in the clean energy sector, having begun operations in 2017. The company initially specialized in producing batteries for electric vehicles (EVs) and has since expanded to include acquiring necessary raw material sources. In early 2024, Lucent acquired Dijiya Energy Saving Technology, Inc., which is now a wholly-owned subsidiary. This subsidiary focuses on sustainable energy storage, specifically providing energy storage efficiencies to the data center and cloud computing sectors through the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI). Lucent's DIJIYA BMS unit (Battery Management System) incorporates AI for automatic load balancing, charge and discharge protection where high-voltage electricity is stored, and replenishing low-voltage cells to enhance cell stability and uniform voltage consistency. This system uses a machine-learning protocol to increase energy storage, leading to as much as 34% more capacity. Through DIJIYA Energy Saving Technology, Lucent serves the AI infrastructure industry, focusing on battery technologies and hybrid cloud infrastructure. The company offers high-demand solutions, including Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) to Standalone Server services, Platform as a Service (PaaS) to Software as a Service (SaaS), and Disruptive Next-Gen NiZn Battery Technologies. Lucent is also developing multiple Artificial Intelligence Platforms from applications. These capabilities are built on high-performance computing applications developed through Lucent's working relationship with The National Applied Research Laboratories, Taiwan (ROC).
