Leet INC.

Leet Technology Inc. initially manufactured and sold the BDI-747 Ignition Interlock Device, a Breath Alcohol Ignition Interlock Device (BAIID). This device, installed on a car's steering column, analyzes a driver's blood-alcohol concentration. If the concentration exceeds a pre-programmed limit, it prevents the car from starting. These devices are often mandated for DUI or DWI offenders by courts or motor vehicle departments. The company shifted its business focus to the eSports industry, identifying growth opportunities in Southeast Asia. On November 18, 2020, the company acquired Leet Technology Limited ("LTL"). On January 11, 2023, Leet Technology Inc., a U.S. domestic corporation, merged with Leet Inc., a British Virgin Islands company, with Leet Inc. surviving as the successor issuer. This merger qualified the company as a foreign private issuer under SEC rules. Effective April 29, 2025, following FINRA approval, the company transitioned to the reporting regime for foreign private issuers under the Exchange Act.
