DORIAN LPG LTD. is engaged in the transportation of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG). Incorporated on July 1, 2013, under the laws of the Republic of the Marshall Islands and headquartered in the United States, the company and its subsidiaries focus on owning and operating very large gas carriers (VLGCs) in the LPG shipping industry. The company's founding executives have managed vessels in this market since 2002. As of May 22, 2026, DORIAN LPG LTD.'s fleet comprises twenty-seven VLGCs. This includes one 93,000 cubic meter (cbm) dual-fuel ECO-design Very Large Gas Carrier / Ammonia Carrier (VLGC/AC), one 84,000 cbm dual-fuel ECO-design VLGC, and eighteen fuel-efficient 84,000 cbm ECO-design VLGCs. The fleet also features one 82,000 cbm modern VLGC/AC, four time chartered-in dual fuel Panamax size VLGCs, one time chartered-in ECO Panamax VLGC, and one time chartered-in modern VLGC. The twenty-seven vessels, including the six time chartered-in vessels, have an aggregate carrying capacity of approximately 2.3 million cbm and an average age of 9.6 years as of May 22, 2026. DORIAN LPG LTD. provides in-house commercial services for all its vessels, including those in the Helios Pool, which may also receive commercial management services from MOL Energia. The company also provides in-house technical management services for all its vessels, excluding time chartered-in vessels, including those deployed in the Helios Pool.
