Cheniere Energy, Inc.

Cheniere is a Houston-based energy infrastructure company primarily involved in businesses related to Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG). The company supplies clean, secure, and affordable LNG to integrated energy companies, utilities, and energy trading companies globally. LNG is natural gas, primarily methane, in liquid form, which is used as a cleaner dispatchable fuel for power generation. The LNG produced is shipped worldwide, converted back into natural gas through a process called "regasification," and then transported via pipeline for heating, cooking, and industrial uses in homes and businesses. As of December 31, 2025, Cheniere was the largest producer of LNG in the U.S. and the second largest LNG operator globally, based on the total production capacity of its natural gas liquefaction facilities. The company's total production capacity is over 60 mtpa of LNG, including estimated debottlenecking opportunities. Of this, over 9 mtpa was under construction and the remainder was in operation as of December 31, 2025. This includes over 30 mtpa of total production capacity in operation from natural gas liquefaction facilities located in Cameron Parish, Louisiana, at Sabine Pass (the "SPL Project"). Cheniere owns and operates the SPL Project and export facility, known as the "Sabine Pass LNG Terminal," through its ownership interest in and management agreements with CQP, a publicly traded limited partnership. As of December 31, 2025, Cheniere owned 100% of the general partner interest, a 48.6% limited partner interest, and 100% of the incentive distribution rights of CQP.
