Lifted Made, acquired on February 24, 2020, manufactures and sells hemp-derived and other psychoactive products under its Urb Finest Flowers ("Urb") brand and other brands. It also offers hemp-derived beverages under the Highlandia brand, hemp-free health and wellness gummies under its Mielos brand, and hemp-free energy gummies under its Rebel Energy Gummy brand. Lifted Made is the worldwide, exclusive manufacturer and seller of Diamond Supply Co. hemp-derived products. Many of Lifted's products contain hemp-derived cannabinoids such as delta-8-THC and delta-9-THC. Lifted also sells products derived from kratom. LFTD Partners Inc. also holds a 4.99% ownership interest in Ablis, a hemp-derived beverage and products maker, and in Bendistillery, Inc. d/b/a Crater Lake Spirits, a craft distiller, both located in Bend, Oregon. The company's common stock trades on the OTCQB Venture Market under the symbol "LIFD".
