Our Company provides engineering, installation, and maintenance services for essential building systems. We offer integrated solutions for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, aiming to reduce client costs, change orders, and project times. Our focus is on high-growth sectors with technically complex buildings, including technology, life sciences, healthcare, and education. These sectors, such as data centers, manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, schools, and universities, are investing in new and existing facilities to meet demand, lower energy costs, and improve resilience. In 2025, over half of our revenues came from clients in the data center, technology, life sciences, and healthcare end-markets. As of December 31, 2025, our backlog and awarded contracts totaled $3.7 billion, a 49% increase from the prior year. We specialize in designing, fabricating, and installing complex heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), process piping, and other MEP systems for new facilities. We also upgrade HVAC, lighting, and building controls in existing facilities to enhance performance, reliability, and efficiency. In 2025, approximately 40% of our revenues were from new building projects, and 60% were from retrofits, upgrades, and maintenance for existing buildings. Our team includes approximately 1,200 MEP engineers and energy consultants, and approximately 6,200 HVAC and plumbing service technicians, fitters, electricians, and sheet metal workers. We serve large technology and industrial companies and public sector institutions directly, and also work as subcontractors for architects and general contractors. We served approximately 20,000 clients from 2019 through 2025. In 2025, less than 2% of our revenues were generated from the federal government.
