Our Company is a leading integrated energy services and technology company, and one of the largest providers of innovative completions services and related technologies to onshore oil, natural gas, and enhanced geothermal exploration and production (E&P) companies. We offer completions services, including hydraulic fracturing and complementary services such as wireline services, proppant delivery solutions, field gas processing and treating, compressed natural gas (CNG) delivery, data analytics, and related goods, including our sand mine operations. We also provide technologies to facilitate lower emission completions, helping customers reduce their emissions profile. Our operations span all of the most active shale basins in North America, including the Permian Basin, Williston Basin, Haynesville Shale, Eagle Ford Shale, Denver-Julesburg Basin (DJ Basin), Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin, Powder River Basin, and Appalachian Basin (Marcellus Shale and Utica Shale). Our footprint also covers smaller shale basins like the Anadarko Basin, Uinta Basin, San Juan Basin, and the Beetaloo Basin in Northern Territory, Australia. We own and operate Liberty Power Innovations LLC (LPI), which provides advanced distributed power and energy storage solutions to the commercial and industrial, data center, energy, and mining industries. LPI initially focused on supporting Liberty's transition to digiFleets℠ and dual fuel fleets by providing power generation and natural gas fueling services. In January 2025, LPI expanded into the distributed power business. On March 3, 2025, we acquired IMG Energy Solutions, a developer of distributed power systems, for approximately $19.6 million in cash, subject to adjustments and net of cash received.
