Ladybug Resource Group, Inc.

Ladybug Resource Group, Inc. was incorporated in the State of Nevada on November 27, 2007. Initially, its business focused on assisting in the design of websites and website components that utilize specific marketing messages or themes to reach target audiences. Following Ms. Ramage's departure on October 21, 2009, the company expanded its business purpose. This expansion included identifying and acquiring breakthrough technologies, patents, patents-pending, and trade secrets within the Energy, Health, and Intellectual Property sectors. During the second half of its fiscal year ended June 30, 2010, Ladybug Resource Group, Inc. identified two opportunities and began a strategy to develop the intellectual property of these two entities by incorporating it into two subsidiary companies. As of June 30, 2010, the company operates with two wholly-owned subsidiaries: New Solar Electricity Corporation and Inner Path Health Corporation.
