Ladybug Resource Group, Inc. was incorporated in the State of Nevada on November 27, 2007. Initially, the company's business focused on assisting with the design of websites and website components that utilized specific marketing messages or themes to reach target audiences. Following Ms. Ramage's departure on October 21, 2009, Ladybug Resource Group, Inc. expanded its business purpose. The company now focuses on identifying and acquiring breakthrough technologies, patents, patents-pending, and trade secrets across the Energy, Health, and Intellectual Property sectors. During the second half of its fiscal year ended June 30, 2010, the company identified two opportunities and began a strategy to develop the intellectual property of these two entities by incorporating it into two subsidiary companies. As of June 30, 2010, Ladybug Resource Group, Inc. has two wholly-owned operating subsidiaries: New Solar Electricity Corporation and Inner Path Health Corporation.
