The Delaware Basin is characterized by significant remaining oil and natural gas resources and low development costs, with activity dominated by large, well-capitalized producers. LandBridge's land is predominantly located in the heart of the Delaware Basin, near the Texas-New Mexico state border, an area known for high hydrocarbon concentration and drilling activity.
