The Corporate segment includes Loews Corporation itself, excluding its consolidated subsidiaries, and accounts for Altium Packaging LLC using the equity method. CNA Financial Corporation, an approximately 92% owned subsidiary, is an insurance holding company. Its property and casualty and remaining life and group insurance operations are conducted by entities such as Continental Casualty Company, The Continental Insurance Company, Western Surety Company, CNA Insurance Company Limited, Hardy Underwriting Bermuda Limited and its subsidiaries, and CNA Insurance Company (Europe) S.A. CNA's insurance products primarily consist of commercial property and casualty coverages, including surety. Its services encompass warranty, risk management, information services, and claims administration. CNA's products and services are distributed through independent agents, retail and wholesale brokers, and managing general underwriters to diverse customers, including small, medium, and large businesses, insurance companies, associations, and professionals. CNA accounted for 81.2%, 81.5%, and 83.6% of Loews Corporation's consolidated total revenue for the years ended December 31, 2025, 2024, and 2023, respectively.
