Quaker Houghton, organized in 1918 and incorporated in 1930, is a global leader in industrial process fluids. Quaker Houghton develops, produces, and markets a broad range of formulated specialty chemical products and provides chemical management services, known as Fluidcare™, for heavy industrial and manufacturing applications. The company operates through three segments: Americas; Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA); and Asia/Pacific. Key product lines include metal removal fluids, cleaning fluids, corrosion inhibitors, metal drawing and forming fluids, die cast mold releases, heat treatment and quenchants, metal forging fluids, hydraulic fluids, surface solutions, specialty greases, offshore sub-sea energy control fluids, rolling lubricants, and rod and wire drawing fluids. For the past three years, major product lines contributing over 10% of consolidated net sales were: Metal removal fluids (19.0% in 2025, 22.4% in 2024, 23.6% in 2023), Rolling lubricants (18.3% in 2025, 20.5% in 2024, 19.5% in 2023), Hydraulic fluids (12.2% in 2025, 14.2% in 2024, 14.1% in 2023), and Surface solutions (10.9% in 2025, 5.2% in 2024, 5.0% in 2023). The majority of sales are made directly through company employees and Fluidcare™ programs, with the remainder through distributors and agents. As part of Fluidcare™, Quaker Houghton also manages certain third-party product sales to customers.
