We are a newly formed blank check company, incorporated in the Cayman Islands, established to complete a business combination such as a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, or reorganization with one or more businesses. We have not yet identified any specific target business and have not begun discussions with any potential targets. While we may consider opportunities in any industry, we plan to focus on sectors where our management, board, and founders' expertise can provide a competitive advantage. Specifically, we intend to pursue opportunities in the emerging field of Physical AI, which combines advanced robotics, machine learning, sensor fusion, and biomechanical engineering. We believe humanoid robotics, as part of Physical AI, will be transformative in manufacturing, logistics, eldercare, domestic services, and hazardous environment operations. These systems are intelligent machines that process information and interact with complex physical environments. We also plan to target opportunities in the advanced energy sector, particularly focusing on small modular nuclear reactors (SMRs) and related technologies.
