Kaspi.kz operates a "Super App first" model, integrating various daily services into single mobile applications. As of December 31, 2025, the Kaspi.kz Super App in Kazakhstan had approximately 15.7 million Average Monthly Active Users (MAU), with 68% of these users, or 10.7 million Average Daily Active Users (DAU), accessing services daily. The Kaspi Pay Super App had approximately 764,000 Active Merchants. The Kaspi.kz Super App allows consumers to shop online, find and shop at local merchants, purchase groceries via its e-Grocery service, book travel and holidays with Kaspi Travel, and pay using Kaspi QR across Kazakhstan. It also offers Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) products, gift certificate purchases and redemptions, household bill payments, consumer and car finance, and deposit products. The app includes integrated Government Services, enabling access to digital documents like passports, driving license renewals, car ownership transfers and registration, business registration, tax payments, marriage registration applications, and birth certificate acquisition. In 2025, Kaspi.kz launched Kaspi Alaqan, a pay-by-palm service, allowing payments without a card, phone, or mobile internet.
