Kimbell Royalty Partners, LP

We are a Delaware limited partnership formed in 2015 that owns and acquires mineral and royalty interests in oil and natural gas properties across the United States. We have chosen to be taxed as a corporation for U.S. federal income tax purposes. As owners of mineral and royalty interests, we receive a share of the revenues from the production of oil, natural gas, and associated natural gas liquids (NGLs) from the acreage underlying our interests, after deducting post-production expenses and taxes. We are not responsible for funding drilling and completion costs, lease operating expenses, or the costs of plugging and abandoning wells. Our main goal is to provide growing cash distributions to unitholders through acquisitions from third parties, our Sponsors (affiliates of our founders, Messrs. R. Ravnaas, Taylor, and Wynne), and Contributing Parties (including the Kimbell Art Foundation, Cupola Royalty Direct LLC, Rivercrest Capital Partners LP, and MB Minerals L.P. and other holders or their respective affiliates). We also aim for organic growth as working interest owners continue to develop properties where we hold an interest. Our oil and gas assets are divided into two categories: mineral interests and overriding royalty interests.
