Through its physical arts and collectibles business, Heavenly Grace offers authentication, valuation, and certification (AVC) services, as well as sale and purchase, hire purchase, financing, custody, security, and exhibition (CSE) services. These services are provided to art and collectibles buyers using traditional methods and by leveraging blockchain technology through the creation of Digital Ownership Tokens (DOTs). Heavenly Grace purchases collectibles at a discount from market value, based on valuations by recognized experts. It then sells these collectibles at or above market valuation price via its online trading platform or through third-party auction houses. The company primarily sources collectibles from China and Hong Kong, with plans to expand worldwide. Its trading platform is hosted in Hong Kong, and it works mainly with third-party auction houses in Hong Kong and France. The company generally does not hold custody of DOTs or crypto assets. Any DOTs sold as ownership documents for physical artworks or collectibles are minted and held by third parties, often following a "sell then mint" process where DOTs are only minted after being sold.
