We own and operate shuttle tankers, primarily under long-term charters. Our main goal is to generate stable cash flows and provide consistent quarterly distributions to our unitholders. We also aim to grow by acquiring more shuttle tankers and chartering them profitably to high-quality customers. As of April 17, 2026, our vessels are chartered to Brazil Shipping I Limited (a subsidiary of Royal Dutch Shell), Equinor ASA, Fronape International Company (a subsidiary of Petrobras Transporte S.A.), Repsol Sinopec Brasil, S.A. (a subsidiary of Repsol Sinopec Brasil, B.V., combined with Repsol Trading S.A.), Chartering and Shipping Service S.A. (a subsidiary of TotalEnergies), Eni Trading and Shipping S.p.A., SeaRiver Maritime LLC (a subsidiary of ExxonMobil), Galp Sinopec Brazil Services BV, and PetroChina International (America), Inc. As of December 31, 2025, our 42 charters have an average remaining term of 2.6 years, excluding options, with charterers having options to extend by an additional 4.1 years on average. We leverage the relationships and expertise of KNOT, an independent owner and operator of shuttle tankers, to pursue growth and attract creditworthy customers. As of April 17, 2026, KNOT and our general partner owned our general partner interest, all our Class B Units, 5.9% of our Series A Preferred Units, and 29.0% of our common units. KNOT intends to use us as its main vehicle for acquiring long-term, stable cash-flow-generating shuttle tankers. Our strategy includes managing our fleet and strengthening customer relationships to maintain a stable cash flow base.
