We are a commercial-stage company specializing in wearable medical devices and digital healthcare, aiming to improve outcomes for cardiovascular disease patients through intuitive, intelligent, and connected monitoring and therapeutic intervention technologies. We have developed and are commercializing our Cardiac Recovery System platform, which is a comprehensive system integrating monitoring, therapeutic treatment, digital health, and patient support services. The core component of this platform is the ASSURE WCD, a wearable cardioverter defibrillator designed to protect patients at high risk of sudden cardiac arrest (SCA). The ASSURE WCD automatically monitors these patients and delivers a defibrillation shock if necessary to restore normal heart rhythm. This device was specifically designed to improve patient comfort and compliance by reducing false alarms and enhancing wearability, addressing issues with the only other commercially available WCD. Beyond the ASSURE WCD, our Cardiac Recovery System platform includes a suite of integrated digital solutions and services to boost patient and provider engagement and oversight, with the goal of improving patient outcomes. Since its full commercial launch, the ASSURE WCD has been worn by over 20,000 patients. Active prescriptions refer to hospitals that have prescribed the ASSURE WCD within the last six months.
