These solutions are designed to accelerate development and production ramp cycles, achieve higher and more stable product yields, and improve overall profitability. The Specialty Semiconductor Process segment develops and sells advanced vacuum deposition and etching process tools used by specialty semiconductor customers, including manufacturers of microelectromechanical systems (MEMS), radio frequency (RF) communication semiconductors, and power semiconductors for automotive and industrial applications.
