We are a vertically integrated, multi-state cannabis operator involved in retail, distribution, cultivation, and processing for both medical and adult-use markets. We aim to build a diverse portfolio of cannabis assets by making opportunistic investments and applying for licenses in attractive limited license jurisdictions. Our focus includes highly populated, limited license medical markets moving towards adult-use legalization, such as Pennsylvania; markets transitioning to adult use, specifically Virginia; and limited license, large adult-use markets like Illinois, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Jersey, Ohio, and certain municipalities of California. Our business strategy involves evaluating each market opportunity based on local competition, regulations, supply/demand, and growth potential before allocating capital. We may participate in one or more parts of the supply chain. In some markets, we may use a capital-light or retail-focused strategy. In early-stage, vertical limited license markets, we may acquire controlling interests due to significant market opportunity, despite high capital intensity. In other markets, we may seek a balanced capital allocation, potentially acquiring a grower-processor or additional retail dispensaries where we already operate. In California, through our subsidiaries, we hold Type 10 adult-use and medicinal retail licenses for one adult-use dispensary in Santa Barbara, operating under the Beyond Hello brand. In Illinois, through our subsidiaries, we hold five cannabis dispensing organization licenses for five operational adult-use dispensaries, all under the Beyond Hello brand.
