Jushi may participate in one or more parts of the supply chain. In some markets, a capital-light or retail-focused strategy may be applied. In early-stage, vertical limited license markets, the company may acquire controlling interests. In other markets, Jushi may seek a balanced capital allocation approach, potentially acquiring a grower-processor and/or additional retail dispensaries where it already operates. Currently, Jushi's California operations include one adult-use dispensary in Santa Barbara, operating under the Beyond Hello brand, holding Type 10 adult-use and medicinal retail licenses. In Illinois, the company holds five cannabis dispensing organization licenses for five operational adult-use dispensaries, all operating under the Beyond Hello brand.
