Jerash Holdings manufactures and exports customized, ready-made sportswear and outerwear made from knitted fabric. Jerash Holdings serves as a manufacturer for several well-known brands and retailers, including VF Corporation (which owns brands such as The North Face, Timberland, and Vans), New Balance, G-III (which owns DKNY and licenses brands such as Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, and Nautica), Hugo Boss, American Eagle, and Acushnet (which owns brands such as Footjoy and Titleist). The company's production infrastructure includes eight factories and six warehouses, employing approximately 6,300 people. As of March 31, 2026, the total annual production capacity across its facilities was approximately 24 million pieces. This capacity covers various product categories, including t-shirts, polo shirts, pants, shorts, and jackets. Jerash Holdings is a Delaware-incorporated holding company, established in January 2016. Its wholly owned subsidiaries include Jerash Garments and Fashions Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Chinese Garments and Fashions Manufacturing Co., Ltd., and Jerash for Industrial Embroidery Co., Ltd., all formed under the laws of Jordan, and Treasure Success International Limited, formed under the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China.
