We are a digital technology and wealth management service provider. We aim to empower institutional partners with advanced financial technologies and attract investors with investment opportunities related to China's new consumer economy, global asset appreciation, and access to quality products at competitive prices. In 2020, Jiufu Puhui ceased its online lending information intermediary services in China due to industry-wide policy requirements. Outstanding loans from these activities were transferred to third parties. Jiufu Puhui continues to provide technical support for debt collection and post-origination customer services to these independent third parties to facilitate the phasing out of the online lending intermediary business and the settlement of outstanding loans under government supervision. Our Technology Empowerment Services utilize accumulated financial technologies, including advanced artificial intelligence algorithms such as machine learning, community discovery, natural language processing voice recognition, and enhanced machine learning automation model training. We provide partners with technology empowerment services for user acquisition, risk management, consumption scenario perception and comprehension, and data modeling. These technologies help partners improve user acquisition, user filtering, user operation management, and risk management, while reducing user acquisition costs, promoting user conversion, and enhancing profitability. In 2019, we launched a proprietary platform integrating our core artificial intelligence, cloud, and big data technologies. This platform offers highly customized modularized service packages to financial institution partners, and online and offline merchants connected by our VIEs' online platforms, including merchants connected through our One Card-linked China UnionPay payment channels. We also collaborate with licensed financial institutions, such as Hubei Consumption Financial Company, providing user acquisition and credit assessment assistance, as well as consultation services.
